Professional Experience

Since joining HPCD during 2003, Matías has been advising and establishing strategies in the protection of the Intellectual Property Rights of his clients in Venezuela, on aspects such as trademarks, copyrights, inventions, multiple protection, portfolios management, and strategies in the filing of trademarks, including the proper use of the local classification (International / Local). He has broad experience in defense proceedings (oppositions, cancellation and nullity actions); protection system through copyrights, and multiple protection systems; defense of intellectual property rights and investigations in cases of infringement.
